These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Neural Loft and any individual who enquires about, enrols in, or participates in a programme offered by Neural Loft. By submitting an enquiry or completing enrolment, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Neural Loft", "we", or "the school" refers to Neural Loft, operating at 37 Jalan SS 15/4, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
• "Programme" refers to any course, study group, or structured learning offering provided by Neural Loft.
• "Learner" refers to any individual who has enrolled in or is participating in a programme.
• "Prospective learner" refers to any individual making an enquiry or requesting information prior to enrolment.
• "Session" refers to a scheduled live or recorded meeting forming part of a programme.

2. Enrolment and Acceptance

Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute enrolment. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Neural Loft and payment of the applicable fee as described in Section 3.

Neural Loft reserves the right to decline an application at its discretion, including where the applicant's prior knowledge or stated goals indicate that the programme would not serve the applicant well at that time. In such cases, any payment received will be returned in full.

Prospective learners are encouraged to request sample material and to contact the school with questions before proceeding to enrolment. There is no obligation to enrol following an enquiry.

3. Fees and Payment

Current programme fees are listed on the Neural Loft website. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable materials unless otherwise stated.

• Full payment is due prior to the first session of the programme unless a payment schedule has been agreed in writing.
• Neural Loft will provide a receipt upon receipt of payment.
• Fees are reviewed periodically and may be updated for future intake cohorts. A confirmed enrolment is not affected by subsequent fee changes.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by the learner

• Cancellation submitted in writing more than fourteen calendar days before the programme start date: full refund of the programme fee.
• Cancellation submitted between seven and fourteen calendar days before the programme start date: 50% refund of the programme fee.
• Cancellation submitted fewer than seven calendar days before the programme start date, or after the programme has begun: no refund is applicable.

Cancellation by Neural Loft

Neural Loft reserves the right to cancel or postpone a programme where minimum enrolment numbers are not met, or due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, learners will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future cohort at their preference. Neural Loft's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of fees paid.

5. Programme Delivery

All Neural Loft programmes are delivered online. Learners are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection, a compatible device, and any software requirements communicated prior to the programme start date.

• Session schedules are communicated at the time of enrolment confirmation.
• Neural Loft will make reasonable efforts to record sessions and provide access to recordings where technically feasible, though this is not guaranteed for all programmes.
• Written materials distributed as part of a programme are for the personal use of the enrolled learner and may not be shared or redistributed.
• Neural Loft may make reasonable adjustments to programme content or scheduling where circumstances require. Substantial changes will be communicated with as much notice as possible.

6. Learner Conduct

Neural Loft maintains a respectful and focused learning environment. All learners are expected to engage with sessions and written materials in good faith and to treat other participants and mentors with courtesy.

Neural Loft reserves the right to remove a learner from a programme without refund where the learner's conduct is found to be disruptive, disrespectful, or contrary to the well-being of others. Such a decision will not be made without prior notice and an opportunity to discuss the matter.

7. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, written content, reading lists, exercises, and resources provided by Neural Loft are the intellectual property of Neural Loft or their respective authors. Learners are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for the duration of their programme and for personal reference thereafter.

Learners retain ownership of their own submitted work. By submitting work, learners grant Neural Loft a limited right to use such work anonymously and in aggregated form for internal curriculum development purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Neural Loft's programmes are educational in nature. We do not make representations about employment outcomes, income, or professional advancement as a result of participation. The progression of each learner depends on many factors including their prior knowledge, effort applied, and individual circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Neural Loft's liability to any learner in connection with a programme shall not exceed the fees paid by that learner for the programme in question. Neural Loft accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Personal Data

Neural Loft collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia). For details of how we handle personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your enrolment confirmation governs your enrolment. Updated terms apply to future enrolments. We will notify enrolled learners of any material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
